1. Introduction and Acceptance

This document establishes the Terms of Service governing access to, use of, and contracting of services provided by World Delete LLC (hereinafter referred to as “World Delete”, “the Company”, or “we/us”) through its digital platforms, including the website world-delete.com and the intranet world-delete.app.

By signing the agreement generated through World Delete’s platform—either digitally or via handwritten signature—the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Service, which form an integral part of the service agreement.

World Delete may update or modify these Terms whenever necessary for legal, technical, or operational reasons, by publishing the revised version on this page. Updated versions shall take immediate effect upon publication, without prejudice to any specific terms previously agreed in signed contracts.

2. Description of Services

World Delete provides professional online information management, suppression, and de-indexing services, designed to protect clients’ digital reputation, privacy, and image rights.

Main services include, among others:

  • Removal of content from search engines, social networks, forums, blogs, and digital media.
  • De-indexing of links in Google, Bing, Yahoo, Yandex, or other equivalent search engines.
  • Management of takedown requests before platforms, authorities, or technology providers.
  • Mitigation of defamatory or harmful content and enhancement of clients’ digital presence.
  • Technical and legal assistance regarding personal data exposure in open sources or public databases.
  • Monitoring of mentions, reappearance detection, and periodic reporting.

All services are rendered in accordance with the signed contract and under applicable confidentiality and data protection regulations. Under no circumstances shall World Delete provide services that violate the law or interfere with content protected by public interest, press freedom, or final judicial decisions.

3. Registration, Verification, and KYC/AML Compliance

Before initiating any service, World Delete requires the client to complete an identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) process.

Verification includes document and biometric validation performed by an external certified provider:
MARKETS PROLIVE 360, S.L. (Didit.me), C/ Nàpols 227, 1ª, 08013 – Barcelona, Spain, privacy contact: privacy@didit.me.

Depending on the case, verification may include:

  • Facial capture using biometric recognition.
  • Scan or upload of an official identification document (passport, ID, or driver’s license).
  • Screening against international sanctions, PEP, and watch lists in accordance with AML/CFT standards.

The client expressly authorizes World Delete and its KYC/AML provider to carry out such verifications solely for the purpose of identity validation and legal compliance.

The data collected during this process is encrypted and securely stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at world-delete.com/privacy-policy.

4. Fees and Billing

All services contracted with World Delete are subject to the prices, timelines, and terms specified in the client’s signed commercial proposal or individual agreement.

The client agrees to make payments in accordance with the agreed amounts and schedule. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services without prejudice to any legal actions that may apply.

World Delete accepts the following payment methods: international bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, USDT (Tether), Western Union, and Zelle. All payments must be made in the agreed currency (USD or EUR), net of any bank or transfer fees.

The client will receive electronic invoices for all transactions in accordance with applicable tax regulations. Corporate or institutional clients may request VAT-exempt or intra-community billing, as applicable.

Prices may be adjusted due to external factors (e.g., regulatory fees, third-party processing costs, judicial or administrative requirements). Any modification will be communicated to the client and will require prior acceptance before taking effect.

5. Service Execution and Delivery

Upon contract signature and receipt of the initial payment, World Delete will commence the technical execution of the contracted services.

The process includes the following phases:

  • Diagnosis and planning: analysis of affected links, content, and sources.
  • Technical execution: requests for deletion, de-indexing, or neutralization according to media type.
  • Verification: confirmation of content removal or de-ranking.
  • Reporting and monitoring: the client receives access to the control panel at world-delete.app to track case progress in real time.

Execution timelines vary depending on complexity, jurisdiction, and content type. On average, removals are completed within 10 to 30 calendar days, though cases involving media outlets or judicial databases require customized technical and legal review.

World Delete does not guarantee fixed timelines or immediate outcomes, as success depends on external conditions and compliance with each platform’s internal policies.

The client acknowledges that the service constitutes an obligation of means, not of result, except in cases where a specific performance or refund guarantee has been expressly agreed upon.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

World Delete guarantees the application of all reasonable technical, legal, and operational efforts to achieve the removal or de-indexing of the contracted content.

If, after exhausting all available channels, the removal of one or more links cannot be achieved, World Delete will offer the client one of the following options:

  • Replacement of the link with one of equivalent complexity and impact, or
  • Proportional refund for the incomplete portion of the service.

Under no circumstances shall World Delete be liable for:

  • Persistence of content hosted by media outlets with legitimate archival or public-interest rights.
  • Delays or impossibility of removal resulting from judicial, regulatory, or administrative decisions.
  • Technical failures by third parties, such as search engines, hosting providers, or social networks.
  • Indirect damages, loss of profit, or reputational harm caused by the original content or its replication by third parties.

World Delete is also not liable for the later reappearance of deleted content if republished by third parties or mirror sites. In such cases, the client may request ongoing maintenance or monitoring services.

World Delete’s total liability, whether contractual or extra-contractual, shall in all cases be limited to the total amount actually paid by the client for the service in question.

7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Both World Delete and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality over all information exchanged during service execution, including personal data, strategies, reports, communications, and technical documentation.

Shared information shall only be used for the fulfillment of the contract and shall not be disclosed to third parties without express consent, except when required by law or judicial order.

If the service has already begun, the refund will be limited to the uncompleted portion of the work, as outlined in Section 6.

World Delete may temporarily or permanently suspend services in the following cases:

  • Failure to fulfill payment obligations.
  • Submission of false or inaccurate information during KYC verification.
  • Detection of illegal, defamatory, or non-compliant activities.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent use of World Delete’s reports, systems, or access credentials.

In cases of justified suspension, no refund will be due.
