1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how World Delete LLC (hereinafter “World Delete”, “we,” or “the Company”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data belonging to its clients, users, and visitors of its websites and digital platforms.

World Delete acts as the data controller for the processing of personal data through its services, in full compliance with:

  • The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
  • The Florida Digital Privacy Act (FDPA);
  • The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); and
  • International best practices in data protection and information security.

2. Data We Collect

World Delete collects the following categories of personal data, depending on the user’s relationship with the Company:

a) Identification and contact data

Full name, address, country, email address, telephone number, and official identification document.

b) Contractual and billing data

Information required for invoices, payment records, transaction history, bank account details, and currency used.

c) Technical and usage data

IP addresses, device identifiers, cookies, access logs, and user behavior on World Delete’s platforms.

d) KYC/AML verification data

Facial images, scanned identity documents, and authentication results in compliance with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing regulations.

e) Reputation and public content data

Links, URLs, articles, and public posts that clients request World Delete to remove or analyze as part of its reputation-management services.

3. Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Contract execution: to deliver the services contracted by the client.
  • Legal compliance: to verify identity, prevent fraud, and fulfill KYC/AML obligations.
  • Customer support: to respond to inquiries, requests, or incidents.
  • Administrative and accounting management: to issue invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Security and maintenance: to ensure technical and operational integrity of platforms.
  • Optional communications: to send updates or news only with the client’s prior consent.

World Delete does not sell, rent, or trade personal data under any circumstance.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is carried out on one or more of the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a contract for the requested services.
  • Compliance with legal obligations, particularly AML and security requirements.
  • Explicit consent for specific processing (such as biometric data or marketing communications).
  • Legitimate interest for service improvement and system security.

5. Data Disclosure and Third-Party Access

World Delete does not share personal data with third parties except where strictly necessary to perform its services:

c) Artificial Intelligence and Reputation Analysis Services

World Delete uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools solely to analyze and classify public information from digital media, search engines, social networks, and other open sources.
These tools identify negative or potentially harmful mentions and assess their reputational impact.

Processing is performed through AI models and infrastructure provided by Microsoft Corporation via the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub platform.

The AI processing is strictly limited to public sources and does not involve automated decision-making that produces legal or significant effects on clients.
All results are manually reviewed by World Delete analysts before any action or report is issued.

d) Auditors, advisors, or external consultants

Only within the scope of ISO 27001 or 9001 audits, or legal requirements, under strict confidentiality and Data Processing Agreements (DPA).

e) Competent authorities

Where required by law, judicial process, or regulatory order.

6. International Data Transfers

Data is primarily stored on servers located within the European Union.
Some processing operations may involve transfer to the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), ensuring an adequate level of protection.

7. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of the contract and thereafter only for as long as necessary to comply with legal or audit obligations:

  • Contractual and billing data: up to 6 years (according to tax law).
  • KYC/AML data: for the duration of the business relationship.
  • Technical logs: maximum 12 months.

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

8. User Rights

Data subjects may exercise their rights at any time:

  • Access – to know what data is held.
  • Rectification – to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure – to request data deletion.
  • Restriction – to limit processing temporarily.
  • Portability – to receive data in structured format.
  • Objection – to oppose processing based on legitimate interest.

9. Information Security

World Delete implements administrative, technical, and organizational security measures in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015, including:

  • Secure backup and redundancy systems.
  • Periodic vulnerability assessments.

In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, World Delete will notify the data subject and, where applicable, the competent authorities within 72 hours.

10. Minors

As a general rule, World Delete’s services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

However, World Delete may intervene on behalf of a minor with the express and verifiable authorization of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, particularly in cases involving:

  • Unauthorized distribution of the minor’s images, videos, or personal data.
  • Online harassment or unlawful public exposure.

In such cases, World Delete may require documentation proving legal guardianship before taking action.

If a minor has provided personal data without valid consent, parents or guardians may request its immediate deletion via legal@world-delete.com.

11. Policy Updates

World Delete may amend this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or service changes.
The current version will always be available at https://world-delete.com/privacy-policy.

By continuing to use our services after publication of an updated version, the user is deemed to have accepted the changes.
